Explore direct tools for aligning with the cosmos, every day, by attuning with the two great luminaries - the sun {agni} and moon {soma}. Dive into deeper connection to yourself and your environment with the Vedic teachings on the cosmic binary principles of fire and water, purification and nourishment, left brain and right brain, the sun and moon, divine masculine and divine feminine. With this knowledge, we are fueled with greater understanding about the ebbs and flows of the body, mind and life, and we gain the capacity to "plug in" to greater principles, living dharmically and aligning ourselves with cosmic order so that we can swim with the currents of life, rather than against! This talk built for yoga teachers and students, ayurvedic practitioners, students of astrology or anyone looking to deepen their awareness of cosmic principles and their interplay in life from the macro to the micro. There is no need to have any prior knowledge of astrology to gain a great deal from this class, while students of the subject will leave inspired and invigorated. 
  • Gain a brief look at the scope and purpose of Jyotisha in the context of the Vedic tradition
